It's getting close....

Mom says some fat guy named Santa is coming soon. In a couple of days! And he'll bring me prezzies!! woof woof. Last night Auntie Charlotte called to tell us that Shyanne was a bad girl but so funny she had to tell us. Auntie Charlotte had earlier wrapped up a few presents for Shyanne and put them under the tree for her. She told Shyanne they were hers but she had to wait until Christmas. But it seems Shyanne had a different idea so when Auntie Charlotte went out Shyanne went to the tree, picked one present (one of her presents) and gently opened it to play with because she was bored!!!! Naughty naughty Shyanne!! But very funny and smart!

I have no prezzies under the tree yet. Mom is scared I'll eat the paper cause I still eat everything in sight. We went shopping yesterday to finish our holiday shopping and we met a nice girl who's doggie is also going through her first heat. I was being a very good girl so the lady said she hoped her doggie was as good as I am during her first heat. Mom keeps telling me I'll have babies by this time next year. I wonder what that will be like.....

Today we are going to the $ store and it's one of my favourite places because beside it is BOBO's!! I loveeeeeee Bobo's. This is where mom gets all my organic treats and rawhides and everything else. It's the only place mom buys my rawhide and treats from because she was so shocked one day when she went to the PU store and to Cdn Tire and read the packages. She tells all doggy mom's to read the packages! If you look at the package of rawhide and read the instructions on even the major brands it tells you to wash your hands after you touch them!!! And you are suppose to feed these to your babies???? Mom won't.

Well.... time to put on my harness and get ready for a ride to the store. Wonder if we'll go to Bobo's and buy me a treat??? hmmmmmm yummy.......

huh? What's that white stuff??

Well, mom was laid up with her crappy back and so we went out and did some shopping Saturday. What a shock I got! There was this white stuff flying all over the place! I don't like to get wet so mom pulled a blankie around me and I adjusted to that stuff. I licked some! hehe We went shopping and mom bought herself a nice new pot with some of her birthday money and she bought a friend a Christmas present and then she went to the doggie dept...... wow wow bow wow, she bought a whole bunch of squeek Christmas toys for all our friends!! Yeah whooooooo I can't wait to give them out.

Saturday night we all went to our neighbours home for a Christmas party and mom took Shyanne's present for her, a big calico/shearling bone. Shyanne is so smart, she's part huskie, she took her pressie and she held it with one paw and gently tore bits of paper off until she heard it squeek then she ripped it off. It was funny and she loved her new toy. Mom even bought me a couple but I can't see them until Christmas.

Today (Sunday) we stayed inside all day, there's way too much snow. Mom doesn't remember this much snow since she was a kid. hmmmm that's a long time ago! So much snow that mom won't get out for a few days because her scooter won't go through it, it's way too deep.

My nanna and mom have been noticing a lot more changes in me these past few days. I come all the time now when I'm called, and if I've got my nose in something I shouldn't all they have to do is call me and say no and I stop. They say they are overjoyed!

Today we started putting up the Christmas tree. I didn't even bark at it! We have a tree in the apt.!!! This is strange but I was a very good girl and didn't do anything bad. Mom put really pretty little lights all on it and it has cranberries on it and silver, blue and red shiny beads. She says it takes her days to decorate the tree because she likes to take her time. She says decorations are next and they are all made of pewter and hand blown glass and crystal. And then the last step is the little red velvet bows. I can't wait to see it. It sounds really pretty.

Mom says there will be no other decorations around the apt. this year though because she is so far behind. But that's ok, I like just the tree :-)

Oh...... we went to Bobo's again on Saturday and they gave me a treat!! Yup..... it's a all natural cookie and has yogurt on it and it's shaped like a mitten! *lick* I can't wait to have that but mom's gonna put it under the tree for me too.

I hope Dr. Drabant can still come and get me later this week to take me to the groomer, I need it, my fur is really long. I'm still going through "heat" and this is quite the experience for me. Sometimes it seems I don't know if I'm coming or going and I really like to get loves and lots of cuddles more than I normally do but that's ok too cause nanna and my mom lovvvveeee to give loves :-)

Time for beddy-bye for me. It's almost midnight and I still have to go and say night-night to my nanna before I head to my crate. Night night all :-)

ummm what's this???

My mom left the computer for a bit... heheheh Last night something happened and mom says I'm growing up even more. Seems I am in heat for the first time. It's a wee bit yukky but mom says she knew it was coming because I'm doing nutso things. Like I have a favourite stuffed doggie and a week ago I started humping it! Poor mom and nanna almost fell off their chairs... lol So now I'm a bigger girl and mom tells me later next year some time I'm going to have some puppies. Just one or two times though then I go to see Dr. Drabant and he does an operation on me and I won't have puppies any more. That's ok too though :-)

I've missed everyone

It's been a long while since I've sat here but a lot has been happening lately. My mom turned 50!! hehehehe she says she's feeling old. My nanna turned 82!!! I found out I don't like balloons. Nanna and mom's friends bought them each a shiny bright helium balloon. I sit under them and bark and bark and bark. They had to put the balloons in nanna's bedroom and when I go in there, I bark at them in there too. Oh...... I discovered the puppy in Nanna's bedroom too, the one in the mirror!! I lay on the floor in front of it and talk to the nice puppy and try to play with it. One day I looked behind the mirror and the puppy went away!

Mom has been really busy with her Seniors program she runs and I'm loving it. The elders love me and let me come to events. They think I'm so cute and funny too. Mom says they don't know the half of it.

Things are changing for me too. I'm a bigger girl now. I am over 8 months old now and I'm now potty trained both inside and outside! TA-DA! *tail wag* Things have been great this way for a few weeks now. Mom and nanna say they're relieved. I dance too! I get up on my hind legs and do a dance :-) I've even changed my food as of today. My mom is still battling those same health issues and now last weekend she put her back out so our Vet felt bad for her and he brought me my new food today!! Wow Bow Wow! Did I ever like it! YUMMY for my tummy!! And Dr. Drabant said he will come and pick me up one day soon before Christmas and take me back to his office and have the groomer make me real pretty for the holidays.

I'm learning how to be sneaky too. Mom has caught me licking up the last of her milk and even her coffee one day! (good thing it sits around and gets cold) She turned her back for a minute. She should know better by now. That's all it takes.

Mom's been buying me things, neat things. She sells Avon and they have all sorts of neat gifts for doggies so she's been putting in some orders for herself. I'll have to get her to take some pictures soon. I got this lovely leopard rolled blanket specially for me on the sofa now. And a flashy light up in the night leash too!! Neato!!

I gotta go..... mom got some extra funding for her seniors for Christmas (to buy them all gifts - whoohooo) so she wants the computer to write the nice people a big thank you for thinking of them and donating the money.

Night night .....

Saturday October 27th, 2007

We were out a lot again today. It's Saturday and mom and nanna usually run a lot of errands on Saturdays & Sundays. Mom had her Seniors program on Thursday and it was funny funny. Some of the people dressed up in costumes. Mom gave me some pictures to post here.

The cowboy won the best costume prize. It was a 5 cup coffeemaker. And the last picture up here are just some of the people that came for lunch. My mom cooked roast beef, mashed potatoes (her property manager helped with these), broccoli/cauliflower/baby carrots, home made dinner rolls and yorkshire pudding!! And a lady who volunteers for her baked 6 pies for dessert. She also baked a huge birthday cake for some of the seniors.

Mom's property manager also brought her a birthday cake!! Boy was she surprised!! Here is what it looked like. It's not her birthday until November 12th but he surprised her with it.
Today while we were out mom bought me a new monkey. A big stuffed one and I'm having a ball with it!! As soon as I got home I had a big fight with it. Even took it up on the sofa and had a fight with it. heheheh Then I went after mom's kleenex. She didn't think that was too funny. On the way home we met 2 Bichon's..... they were lots of fun! A boy and a girl. Bogey and Blanca. Blanca found a mud puddle to play in. Yeahhhhhh Blanca. Those are lots of fun. I hope we see each other again soon.

Sunday October 21st, 2007

Yesterday was Sunday and it was hot! Everyone dressed up in their summer clothes and spent the day outside. We went to 2 parks and at one we ran into Butch & Patsy!!! I had fun. Patsy barked at me a lot though but I didn't mind it. I was playing with Butch. Maybe she was jealous? Then we went to another park and I got to play with another little doggy for a bit. We were out for hours in the sun and having fun.

Tomorrow it's suppose to be way hot again so we're going out on Monday too. :-) YIPPIE

October 20th, 2007

Wow Wow Bow Wow.... I had a great day yesterday. Mom had running around to do for her program and we went to this nice little park near Yonge St. on Isabella. When we were there we saw a nice little girl who was a bit scared of me but wanted to play. She had Down Syndrome so mom kept me there a long time so the little girl could get used to me and finally I layed down so she could pet me too. Her daddy was with her and he was nice too.

Then we met a really nice couple of men. And they stopped and talked to mom a long time about me. They have 2 Bichon's!!! Butch & Patsy. I'd like to play with them one day. Mom was telling them she wants to 'breed' me one day and they told her they bred their doggies and for her to get ready to cook lots of chicken cause I'll need lots of protein if I am having babies. Is that what it takes to get human food from my mom????

And then...... I met Freida!!! Wow we had such a great time. Freida is a 5 month old cocker spaniel and she was so pretty and boy did we ever play. My mom and her dad let us play and jump and roll around each other for over a 1/2 hour I think. We were both wacked out afterwards. There were other doggies at the park too who came along to say a quick hi to us.

This is the same little park where I met Cooper a long time ago. I was hoping to see him again too but I haven't since then. Maybe next time. Mom is going to take me again later today. It's a really nice day out and she wants me to have as much play time as possible.

Well, I have to go. Mom needs the computer because she has work to do before we go out. See you all later. :-) Woof!

October 18th, 2007

Since mom got her grant and is extending her seniors program I never get to post *whimper* We are out all the time and I even go with mom when she does stuff for her program other than the dinner. I'm not allowed to go to that. She's still sicky too. My mom is freakin a bit because her 50th birthday is coming up real fast. Too fast she says..... heheheh I will be 7 months old in a couple of days myself. I'm growing up but I'm still doing lots and lots of puppy things.

Like the other day.... mom was working on the computer and I was in my crate in the bedroom and mom realized how quiet it was. Uh oh... she went looking for me and I wasn't on the balconcy and I wasn't in my crate in the livingroom, I was nowhere so she decided to go and look in the bedroom crate again because sometimes I scrunch right down the back of it. When she turned around to go look she realized the bathroom door was open. YIPPEE!!! Yup, there I was, a white furball laid out like Queen of Sheba on the burgundy mat and all around me was shredded toilet paper! Mom took one look and busted out laughing. She told my nanna I was laying there, all this toilet paper (it was a new roll) was shredded around me and I looked at her with my head tilted with a "who me?" look on my face and a long piece of toilet paper hanging from my mouth! She ran for her camera but the stupid batteries were dead. Mom says she doesn't want a repeat though just to get a picture.

October 8th, 2007 - Thanksgiving Day

Today is a special day for humans, it's Thanksgiving Day. (We're Canadian and we have a Thanksgiving day too but it's different from the U.S.) This is my first Thanksgiving and I am very thankful today because mom and nanna took me out for over 2 hrs to play in the parks. First we went to the University of Toronto campus where I found nice wet grass again... heheheh poor mom she had a fit when she saw my green face. She tried to get a picture of it but I wouldn't cooperate.

It was so hot today. Mom says it's Global Warming. It was 30 degree's when we got home (that's 86 F) but with the humidity it was 100 F!!! People are walking around with shorts and t-shirts on and there were tons of motorcycles out. Everyone is taking their last ride of the season today. Two bikers thought I was really cute when they were stopped for a light :-) I made them smile big smiles. The news said it was the hottest Oct 8th on record and the hottest Thanksgiving. People were out everywhere, even on the beach playing vollyball!! Lots of doggies too.

On the way home from the U of T we went over to the park we like by Canadian Tire and I saw Molly!!! Yeahhhhhhhh!!! I love Molly and she loves me and we play, play, play. Look....

This is me and Molly. She is part Yorkie and part Poodle and she's adorable. See us smiling? Molly likes to jump on my head :-) I don't mind, I think it's fun.

You can see more pictures on my flickr page. See the link below on the right hand menu.

Mom's seniors program pics

Here we go, just like I said. Mom had her Seniors Social on Tuesday October 2nd, and the Minister of Health George Smitherman was there and brought the meal. Actually his assistant Cheryl cooked it :-) Here are the pictures. (by the way, I wasn't allowed to go. No doggies allowed! How unfair).

This picture is of some of the sweets for dessert. There was lots of fresh fruit and a ton of baked goodies. *sniff**sniff* I didn't get any.

This is Minister of Health George Smitherman. He is talking to the seniors before they have dinner. His assistant Cheryl is standing beside him. That's my Nanna in the background in the scooter.

This is George and Cheryl (his assistant and wonderful cook) Cheryl made Chicken Cacciatore for the seniors and one with no meat for mom's vegetarian seniors. Mom didn't give me any of that either!!

These are some of the seniors that attended the meal. Lots and lots of seniors come. Some of the seniors there also come to the Bingo that mom helps with and that I'm allowed to go to. I like the seniors and they like me too.

This is the Minister of Health having lunch with some of our seniors. They are all telling stories and laughing and having a good time.

This is more of the people that went to the lunch. The place was packed :-)

The next day on Wed. we went to Canadian Tire to buy some pots and pans for mom's program and there is a park just around the corner on Church St. before it turns into Davenport. We went there so I can play and Molly and her mom showed up! Molly is 3 months old and she is part poodle and part yorkie and is so sweet. She likes to play too so we were playing with each other for a long while. We had lots of fun and Molly's mom says we can play again another time too. I have to remind my mom to post on my blog when we will be at the park again so maybe Molly's mom will see it and join us.

We are going to Cdn Tire again on this coming Saturday because mom wants to buy me a new crate!!!! One of my crates is still my original one and mom says she doesn't like it any more because I look like an old arthritic lady when I come out of it. It's small and I'm becoming a big girl so time for a new sleepy crate like the bigger one in the diningroom. We might be at the park around 2 pm or so but hopefully mom will remember to post a better time that day before we go because I sure would like to play with Molly again. I'll have to bark at my mom to give Molly's mom our phone number so we can meet now and then and play.

Last night, Thursday, we went to the U of T again so I can play there on the nice grass. Mom couldn't believe her eyes, my paws were black!! And I was all wet!! Again!! I was having a lot of fun *wink*. Mom took me to the groomer last Friday and on Sunday I found wet grass and dirt and now I found it again! hahaha weeeee I had a ton of fun and I now have a white body and black paws! yippee.

I'm feeling much better since I saw the Dr. last Friday too. :-)

I'm forever playing catch up.... *sigh*

Mom is always busy on the computer or we are out and about and by the time I get home I just want to eat and sleep. It's been a very busy time and I'm playing catch up again.

My nanna is on the mend slowly, mom is still icky....... and I went to see my namesakes on Friday (Dr. Christopher Drabant and Ligia his technician) and I'm now on antibiotics for a bit of a red throat. Mom thinks I have allergies because I sneeze all the time and Bichon's can get regular seasonal allergies like people do. She says it's gross when I run up behind her and then sneeze all over her legs *snicker* Dr. D. thinks it might be allergies too so he gave me some medicine in a needle and I took it like a big girl and didn't even whine.

So now I get medicine for the next 10 days and mom has to watch and let him know if I'm all better. I'm sure I will be. I got to see Ligia too :-) I love Ligia and Dr. D. While I was waiting to be seen I explored the new kitties in the room. Awwwww they are so sweet and little. Jolene came over and got me and took me to the scales too. Boy oh boy, mom was right, I'm getting to be a little tubby. I now weigh 4.8 k's or 10.5 lbs!!! I'm getting all grown up and I now have all my adult teeth too!

After that I went to see Carol the groomer. I am always very good for Carol and this is how I looked when I got home...

Mom was trying to get my 'smile' but instead it looks like I winked and smiled at her :-) My hair was in my eye. Do you like my pretty yellow bandana?

OK mom..... are you finished yet? After these pictures you can see I ran over to my Nanna for a snuggle. Nanna gives me lots and lots of loves :-)

Can you tell how short my fur is? Mom told Carol to cut it down more. Last time we cut it about halfway down but in 6 weeks it was fully grown back and then some. Even my ears look shorter.

We are getting ready to go out again. Mom is moving around the place getting ready. On Tuesday is her seniors program and the Minister of Health George Smitherman is going to come and be the Celebrity Chef again for her seniors that attend the socials she holds. He has done this before too. Mom says I can put up pictures of it when she downloads them so everyone can see George helping our seniors. So today we do lots of running around doing errands and running in the park, then groceries for the social then visiting...... *whew*, I think mom is trying to tucker me out.

Mom drags me everywhere!!

Mom has been taking me everywhere lately so I've not had much time to type. And neither has she. Mom is also sick and they say she just might be out of remission so when she isn't running around like a chicken with it's head chopped off she's laying down cause she's really tired at times. She'll find out what is going on soon though and will get all fixed up :-) She says 'been there, done that'..... and she's ok with it.

I've learned how to ride on the floor of mom's scooter!! And I like it too!! And I'm learning how to run beside it as well. What fun that is. Sometimes I run so fast my little legs make me fly almost and mom has to scooter beside me real fast....... varooooooooommmmmmmm

I'm still not doing my business out on the balcony and it's getting cool out so mom is getting worried that I won't train for the winter....... yikes!!! She says I have to learn to do my business on the balcony instead of on the pee pads. So she put pee pads out on the balcony but I find it really fun to rip them to shreds instead :-)

We've been everywhere lately because mom also got a $32,000 grant to run her seniors program so it has meant many changes in what we do. One of my favourite things to do is go to the Senior's Bingo with mom! She calls the numbers for them sometimes or just helps with checking winning cards but I get to go with her and the old ladies love me!!! *grins* I get lots of love from them. So, now mom is shopping. Shopping for things for the new programs that she will be having. The old program is really being extended. Now the seniors will be getting free fresh fruit and veggies to take home, they also will get birthday presents and cake, yoga and relaxation exercises, dances, seasonal activities and I'll be able to go to some too!!!

These pictures are for Precious :-) On the left is Lambchop. On the right is Lambchop and his mom Shari Lewis. See? You can't eat Lambchop.

We have also been in the park a lot playing and making friends. Some silly person gave mom a Tiara and wand and I thought it was really funny and was jumping at it. Mom has a picture somewhere so I'll try to get it to put it here too.

My nanna is getting better but her hip is still really sore. Poor Nanna. And last night at 2:30 am I started to throw up and mom doesn't know why! She says she is beside herself about it. I have two moms???????? I threw up lots of little bits of throw up. Not much but it worries my mom. Then I did it again around 4 am........ and again around 8:30 am..... Mom didn't get much sleep cause she was worried about me but in between, I'm my old self and wag my tail and take her my squeeky toy and lay down and nap. Mom says she's baffled and doesn't know whether or not to take me to my Vet.

That's all for now...... just really busy at this end and out playing too :-)

one more post.......

Whew..... my paws are getting tired...... Last Tuesday I forgot to tell you, I met a man named Laine. He works at a place called "Who's Walking Who". Something about 'dog obedience'.... hmmmm he came over for an hour and a half to our home and taught my mom and nanna some things about how to get me to do what they want. I really liked Laine, we played and he was very nice.

Mom and nanna are really pleased. They say I play well now. I know how to bring the ball, drop it and walk away and sit down so they can pick it up and throw it again :-) This is really good because I used to nip hard when they tried to pick up the ball and throw it to play.

Also, I learned what "down" means too! Now when I jump on the sofa and they say "down", they don't even have to touch me to get me to go down. Occasionally they do still but it's a lot better now mom says. I think this is a game at times still though and jump right back up but I then get right back down too.

And............. I'm learning to do my business where I'm suppose to!!! Lots of times outside and I'm learning to use the balcony at times too. It's still a struggle but is getting lots better.

Laine taught my mom and nanna lots of stuff to teach me to make things easier and mom says she's happy she had him come. He left her a book too to review if things go wrong but so far, so good :-)

Monday September 3rd, 2007

It's been a very busy few days. Yesterday we went down to the waterfront again. I love it there. I met a nice man who played with me for a while over by the giant sand box with the yellow umbrella's on the waterfront. And I met a little black poodle who was lots of fun. Silly mom didn't take any pictures this day. We went everywhere including the Music Garden. There were beautiful flowers there called "Winter Hibiscus". Huge beautiful flowers. Mom has some pics of them on the computer she'll try and find. Later that night we went to the U. of T. and I played and played with Lily :-) She is a beautiful doggie and boy does she like to play. We ran our little paws off.

Today we had way more fun too! We went to the park over by the U. of T. On the way we met a wonderful new friend named Cooper. Cooper is a 9 month old puppy and we played together for over a 1/2 hour, lots of jumping and playing. People stopped and watched and laughed at us. Then when we got to the U. of T. park there were more puppies!!!!! Wow...... I've never played this much in a day before. I played with Elmo and Pebbles. Elmo was full of spunk and let me jump all over him. He was lots of fun. And another puppy too!

On the way out of the park heading home I saw my boyfriend...... KiKi!!! YEAHHHHH we ran into Kiki and NuNu oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. It's been a couple of weeks since we've seen them and I was so excited!! We jumped all over each other and Kiki and I even got up on our hind legs and danced together!!! I wish my mom took pictures. Maybe next time but I had so much fun it didn't matter.

I can't wait to see all my new friends again and my old ones. I hope it's very, very soon.

Btw, I'm no longer nice and white and fluffy........ I've learned how to roll in the grass and play and play and I'm looking dirty and scruffy but that's ok too mom says :-) I'm getting a bath soon.

August 25th, 2007 (more catch up)

Wow what a day we had this day!! I learned a new trick. It's called going up and down stairs! Mom says I'm so talented *smiles*..... Actually she called me "smarty pants". I don't know if that's quite the same thing. Look at me!!

See this guy? He was at the top of the stairs. He was rude. He wouldn't talk to me, or even look at me!! I even barked at him and nothing....... hmmmmm

Later that day, in the early evening I found a new friend in the park. We played and played for a long while. See what fun we had!

August 22nd, 2007 (playing more catch up)

On August 22nd we had company overnight. My mom's sister Sheri, and Sheri's daughter Tiffany, and Tiffany's new 4 mth old daughter Paige. My mom and nanna haven't seen Tiffany for a few years and have never seen Paige yet so they all came visiting :-) This is my nanna's 12th or 13th great-grandchild. This is Paige!!

Isn't she beautiful?? I think she is.

This is Paige having fun in a thing called a "jolly jumper". She was jolly alright. I was having fun watching her and running around her while she was bouncing.

Auntie Sheri also brought Ebony with her!! Yeahhhhh I love Ebony. I love her so much that I jumped on her and she doesn't like that cause she is getting old. Ebby growled at me, and put me in my place so after that I followed her around the apt. like a lost puppy for the next 24 hours while they were here :-) Ebby let me snuggle a few times :-) This is a picture of Ebony and one of Ebony and me :-)

When they all left the next day I was very sad :-( After they packed up and left I went to my crate where I thought of how much I missed them already. It was so much fun having them for a whole day and playing with them, and going for walks. Here is how I looked after they left. Mom said I looked so sad.

Wayyyyyy to long......

Hi everyone *tailwag*. I'm sorry it's been so long since I wrote but it's been very busy here lately. My mom is a volunteer and runs a big seniors program and she just got a $32,000 grant to run it and has run into problems with her building owner now getting some extra space so she's had her hands full with that. And my poor Nanna fell down and hurt herself so she's still on the mend. She got some wicked bruises :-( Poor Nanna. She hurt her arm and her hip. I on the other hand have been a handfull too........ yeahhhhhhh puppy power!!! I will try to play catch up here now.

As you all know, I went to the groomer! oooooooohhhhhh Mom thought for sure I'd go nutso since I don't like loud noises, especially the sound of the blow dryer.... Well of course I had to make a big liar out of her as she told this to Carol the Groomer. When they came back for me, Carol told us I was good as gold. Through all of it!! Never even growled as my toenails got clipped, in my ears got done, shampoo'd, rinsed, blow dry!!! Friday August 10th, 2007

Weeeeeeeee another busy day out. Before we went though I thought I'd leave a little gift for my mom and nanna in the washroom. A little lesson about forgetting to shut the bathroom door..... hehehehe Ooooh I'm such a "tiny terror/devil dog" :-)

We headed out to our Vet to buy me some stuff!! Found out there were no toys, just food, pee pads and some of that stinky stuff they spray around where they don't want me to go. Yuck. I did get a chance though to see Ligia :-) My Vet's technician that I'm partly named after. She is beauuuuuutiful!!! and she gave me cuddles that I just loved.
We went up the Danforth though and this weekend is "The Taste of the Danforth"..... FOOD!! Turned out there wasn't any food yet, they were just starting to set up.

Even though they were just setting it up, it was around 2 pm and it was set to start around 4 pm there were still lots of people's around and some doggies!! The smell of the souvlaki cooking was driving my mom nuts, she loves it. Mom says later that night there will be over a million people packed on this stretch of Danforth Avenue over 2 days. Wow..... glad she said we weren't going. That's too many people.

This was on our way home and it was only around 3 pm. Lots and lots of people already.
Later that night we went out to the U. of T. again and I had some fun there in the park.
Mom told me a secret, I'm going to see the "groomer"!! YIKES!! Mom says we are clipping off about half of my fur/hair because it's getting too long and I'm going to have a really good bath too. I don't like this idea at all. Mom is going to warn the groomer that I don't like this kind of stuff and will really growl and may even try to snap at her. That's Monday though and I'm going to try to make the best of the weekend before that happens.
