Me and Nanna!!! :-)

No babies yet so Mom decided to take me today for a brief visit to Nanna. We took her a thick fresh raspberry milkshake that mom made her! Mom makes her a big ol fattening milkshake fresh every day loaded with cream, french vanilla ice cream and a ton of fresh fruit. Yummy! (Well at least the ice cream, mom lets me lick the spoon. She says the calcium is good for me right now.) While there, after I snuggled with Nanna for some time, I let Evelyn play with me for a little bit too. I like Evelyn, she helps the lady across the room from Nanna.

Doesn't my Nanna look good?? She is getting stronger. She can now go about 15ft (5 meters) on her own with a walker now!! And every day she goes to physio and does it all !! She is trying to get some weight back and muscle too so she can come home to us and my babies. The hospital says maybe in 8 weeks she can come home. We'll be so happy to have Nanna home with us. As you can see in the pictures, I'm very happy when I'm around her and I really miss her. She misses me too and I make her happy. Once my babies come I can't see Nanna for some time until they are a bit bigger and can be on their own for an hour or so. Maybe in a month.

La La Land

Look at me! lol I am so tired a lot of the time and can't seem to get comfy these days. Mom's scooter looked like a good place to lounge. This is how she found me. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I was out like a light and dangling off the edge of it. Is there no privacy here? Lemme sleep.

We're ready to go :-)

Mom went out and bought a new camcorder the other day. Nice little one. Canon of course because she swears by her Canon camera's. It's very little. FS300. And she took me to see Daddy Chris (my Dr.) today too and he gave me a good check-up and said I am ready to go soon. Maybe June 1st. I don't do much these days. Mom says I waddle like an old woman and boy have I gained weight. Today I was up to 9.3 k's. That's 20.46 lbs!! No wonder mom is calling me Chunky Monkey these days. Today she also went to Crappy Tire and bought me a container to use as a new bed for me and my babies. Now she is going to make Nanna's daily fruit milkshake and we are off to visit her in the hospital tonight :-)

We've been very busy...

In more ways than one, we've been busy, busy girls. My nanna is very ill and has been hospital most of this year on and off. She has been in hospital steady for 8 weeks now and is suppose to be in for at least another 8 weeks :-( I really miss sleeping with her and playing with her but mom can take me to the hospital because I have all my shots and am healthy so they let me in. They even let me in when Nanna was in i.c.u. ! She started to cry when she saw me she missed me so much and she wanted to come home but I spent the day with her on her bed snuggled up and she was much happier :-)

Now about me..... I've been a naughty naughty girl. I met a boyfriend and his name is Gambit. This is Gambit... Isn't he handsome? Gambit and I had a few playdates *cough* *cough* I teased that poor boy unmercifully until he did a commando crawl across my livingroom.

This is me these days...... I'm all tuckered out hauling this excess weight around. Guess that will teach me to tease.

I have awfully big boobies now too see???

Here I am at my friend and neighbour Greg's. He and his girlfriend Charlotte doggysit me most every day while mom spends time with nanna at the hospital. Greg spoils me! And Charlotte's grandson Ryan lets me sleep on his bed :-)

Mom took me to my Dr. and he did an ultrasound of my tummy and said there were 4 babies in there!!! He printed a picture of one of them and we took it to the hospital to Nanna for one of her Mother's Day gifts :-) She loved it.

My babies are due approx. June 1st. Mom says this is the only time. Her timing sucks she says. One day I'm mated and the next day Nanna is rushed into the hospital.

Now the babies are sitting on my bladder so I'm up several times in the night to go pee-pee. Of course, every time I go on my pee pads I have to run into mom's bedroom and talk to her, with a big grin and waggin my tail until she wakes up. Then I expect her to go see what I've done and praise me and get me a treat. Only then is she allowed to go back to bed and get a bit more sleep before I start all over again. Mom says she's getting old fast...... hahahahaha wait until she gets a load of my babies!!
